I am getting virus detected while trying to download the Talview browser

Kindly disable your Antivirus/Windows defender to allow the download and installation of the Talview Secure browser. Follow the steps below to disable your windows defender.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Click the Start button (bottom-left corner of your screen) or use the Window Key on your keyboard and type Windows Security.
  2. Open Windows Security, then click on Virus & threat protection.
  3. Scroll down and click Manage settings under “Virus & threat protection settings”.
  4. Turn Real-time protection to Off (just click the switch).

Note: You might see a message asking “Do you want to allow this app to make changes?” – just click Yes.

Once you finish the test, we recommend turning it back On for your system’s safety.
